Stainless Steel 321/321H Bolts consist of 17–19% chromium and 9–12% nickel, with titanium added (at least five times the carbon content) to enhance stability against carbide precipitation. The 321H variant has a higher carbon content, which boosts its strength at elevated temperatures. These bolts deliver a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength close to 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. They also exhibit excellent creep and stress rupture resistance up to 870°C. This blend of stability, strength, and oxidation resistance makes them perfect for extended use in high-temperature settings.
