Inconel 617 Stud Bolts consist of nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with an alloy composition of nearly 44.5% nickel, 22% chromium, 12.5% cobalt, and 9% molybdenum. This alloy provides high oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. They provide tensile strength between 100–130 ksi, yield strength nearly 55 ksi, and retain structural integrity at over 1800°F temperatures. These bolts have good weldability and formability and are suitable for use in environments that are exposed to severe thermal and chemical stresses.
