Copper Nickel 90/10 Stud Bolts (UNS C70600) contain nearly 90% copper, 10% nickel, and controlled amounts of iron (1.0-1.8%) and manganese (up to 1.0%). This chemical composition provides superior resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion. Mechanically, they have good tensile strength (typical 303-414 MPa), moderate yield strength (110-393 MPa), and superior ductility (about 42% elongation), which makes them strong and secure for rigorous service.
