Monel K500 Stud Bolts consist mainly of nickel (63%) and copper (27-33%) with a reinforcement of aluminum (2.3-3.15%) and titanium (0.35-0.85%) for added strength. These alloyed fasteners possess good corrosion resistance, especially in chemical and marine environments. They mechanically contain high tensile strength (up to 160 ksi), yield strength (up to 110 ksi), and good fatigue resistance. Their hardness is between Rockwell B88–C32.
