Stainless Steel 304H Fasteners consist mainly of chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–10.5%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%), with a high level of oxidation and corrosion resistance. They have high tensile strength, with yield strength of about 205 MPa and tensile strength of 515–740 MPa. They retain excellent mechanical properties even at high temperature, and hence they can be used under high stress. They have good elongation, generally about 40%, and have a hardness range (Brinell 201 max) so have excellent formability, weldability, and durability.
