Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Washers consist of Chromium (15-17.5%), Nickel (3-5%), Copper (3-5%), and traces of Niobium and Manganese. The precipitation-hardening treatment enables tensile strengths up to 1310 MPa and yield strengths approximately 1170 MPa after aging. The alloy has good corrosion resistance, especially in marine and chloride-bearing environments, and retains strength up to 316°C. These washers have superior fatigue, wear resistance, and toughness, which qualify them for dynamic load conditions and high-performance applications.
